- Read and study the Gospel of John
- Three chapters per day
- Read one of the 7 “I AM” Statements in the Gospel of John
- Seven days of fasting at the level of your choice (Options: Daniel Fast or Absolute Fast from 7am-7pm). As with all fasts, also choose to limit television and social media to allow for a time of deeper consecration, prayer and reflection
